Kendi is a Teaching Leader at BSF International and a lawyer by profession. She is retired from corporate legal practice and spends most of her time, teaching, training and leading women in magnifying God and maturing spiritually.

She is passionate about building a value driven lifestyle in youth which she does by part time with Uzima Milele under their AMUA program. In her spare time, Kendi is involved in supporting sustainable water access and sanitation projects for communities in water stressed areas of Kisii, Meru and Homa Bay counties.

Kendi has a Bachelor of Law degree, from the University of Nairobi and the Kenya School of Law, has undergone intensive leadership and Ethics / Compliance training in various programs, and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
