Prof Martin Njoroge serves as the Executive Director at Acme Enrichment Network International (AENI), a Christ-centric organization whose goal is to inspire and equip children and youth with life skills that will enable them to lead holistic lives that matter and glorify God as they navigate through their journey of life.

Prof Njoroge, also known as Prof Martin the Coach, runs Executive coaching services. He is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

With a career spanning over 36 years – in academia and in senior university administration – Prof. Njoroge has honed a unique blend of strategic insight, academic excellence, and compassionate mentorship that empowers clients to transcend their potential.

He is a professor of languages, linguistics and leadership and has served as Director of the Confucius Institute at Kenyatta University, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at United States International University-Africa, and Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic and Student Affairs at PAC University.
