Bible Dedication – Chuka New Testament

Praise God for the completion of the Gichuka New Testament translation. The dedication date has been set for Saturday, 18th October 2025, in Chuka, Tharaka Nithi County, starting at 10:00 a.m.
The translation of the Bible into the Gichuka language began in 2016. Since then, the project has achieved various milestones, including the completion of the Scripture portion, the Gospel of Luke, which was dedicated and launched in 2017.
Besides the printed portion of Scripture, the Chuka people also have access to Scripture Engagement materials, including the Jesus Film released in 2019, a Bible app, and Oral Bible Stories (telling Bible stories orally). Praise God for the 18th of October. Pray for this special day among the Chuka people as the Word goes forth in this community. Pray for the dedication planning committees for wisdom, clarity of mind, and unity of purpose. Pray for the provision of resources to meet the needs of the dedication
